SOLD OUT! Cari Sanchez-Potter and Sabeen Perwaiz have partnered with Edible Northeast Florida magazine to bring you VICARIOUS Kitchen, an immersive culinary adventure where local cooks from different cultural backgrounds teach intimate cooking classes in private homes around Jacksonville. The workshops offer an opportunity to share the rich cultural diversity of Jacksonville and learn about the many people and cuisines that make up the fabric of our region's culinary identity.

We have partnered with TEDxJacksonville to bring you an Adventure on Sunday, December 11th featuring Puerto Rican holiday fare with Leslie Rios Wilkins!

Leslie and Cari will demonstrate how to make sofrito and arroz con gandules, as well as teach guests how to assemble pastelillos. Dinner will also feature pernil, ajilimojili, pasteles and of course, coquito!

Each ticket includes a welcome drink, the hands-on cooking demonstration, a seated meal with wine and beer, and recipes and shopping tips for you to take home.
